Online Shopping at Rugshop Was a Disappointment

Rugshop's website looked like it would have everything I needed to spruce up my abode. Unfortunately, I had a negative interaction with their service. To begin with, there was a smaller range of products available than advertised. They had a good selection of rugs, but not many options for pads and protectors. The selection was disappointing, and I was expecting to find something novel and on-trend. Second, the standard of their wares was low. My new carpets were not as luxurious or soft as I had imagined they would be. The cushions and protectors were poorly made and did not offer the necessary cushioning or defense. Last but not least, I was not impressed by their support staff. I contacted them to ask about issues with my purchase, but they were unresponsive and unhelpful. It was obvious that they did not care about giving consumers a good shopping experience. In sum, I was very dissatisfied with my time spent shopping at Rugshop's website. If you're searching for premium quality home decor, I wouldn't go there.

Pros
  • There is a huge variety of ornaments for the house.
Cons
  • Some goods are only temporarily available.
