Review on Discover Ancient History With Set Of 10 Egyptian Papyrus Paper Bookmarks - Educational And Beautiful! by Joseph Neal

An Affordable Little Piece of Egypt Without the Long Flight

These came quickly and well packaged. It was my turn to choose the book for my book club and I selected the first of the "Amelia Peabody" series by Elizabeth Peters, "The Crocodile on the Sandbank." I knew that I wanted to give little Egyptian themed gifts to my book club ladies and these (along with little pyramids also purchased on Revain) were perfect! Everybody enjoyed picking their bookmark from the different pictures. I lived in Egypt for work years ago, and these reminded me of something that you would find on the Khan el Khalili or one of the little souvenir shops across the street from the Giza pyramids. The best part is that they were actually made in Egypt and hopefully the money from them goes to people who need it.

Pros
  • Very nice! I love the material!
Cons
  • The bookmarks may not lie flat in some book styles, rendering them less functional than traditional bookmarks
