Review on Build Your Strength With FLYBIRD'S Heavy-Duty Weight Bench - 1100LBS Capacity! by Jason Caldwell

Excellent bench at a good price

I've had a solid flat bench for years, but set up a more serious garage gym during the covid shutdown. My son set up a similar gym at his place, with an adjustable bench. I've wanted an adjustable bench for the many additional exercises it affords, but the low-priced ones like my son had (it was tough getting equipment during the shutdown) feel outright dangerous, with poor stability—even he says it worries him. If you've tried the cheap ones, and the ones in a proper gym, you know why the good ones cost money. No, this one isn't pro-gym grade, which must stand up to hundreds of people a day, but for personal use it's solid, stable, easy to adjust, and you can do all the gym-grade exercises on it. Not disappointed, it's the level I was hoping for in a personal bench.

Pros
  • Exercise & Fitness
Cons
  • The bench may not be suitable for people who are over a certain weight limit
