I like that it has all kinds of different features so you can do everything from basic banking things such as paying bills or transferring money between accounts in just about any way possible! It also allows me access my bank statements online which makes them much easier (and less time consuming) compared with going through paper documents every month when they come out at our local branch office.

There are some bugs here and there but nothing too bad overall - though we're working towards fixing those issues now since this software came into use last year. Keep an eye open if anything goes wrong because customer support isn't always great either even after contacting multiple times via email/phone call etc., sometimes taking weeks before getting back up until then having no resolution whatsoever once again making us have to start over yet AGAIN trying to get something resolved only to be told "we don't know what your issue actually IS" without giving ANY explanation why its.
