Review on Wacom DTK1660K0A Cintiq 16 Drawing Tablet: A Powerful Screen-based Sketching Tool by Stanisaw Borowski ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Everything is fine, there are only minor drawbacks.

Wakom, like he does every time, takes great pleasure in his position of authoritarianism in the tablet industry. Both the construction quality and the superior matrices of the solutions offered by Huion and XP-Pen are superior to those of their competitors. If you draw the line slowly, though, you will notice that all of them have a wobbling effect, which can be described as the waviness of the line. To this point, only vakom has been successful in minimizing this effect, which is critical when working with a line that does not have any smoothing (smoothing) applied to it. Consequently, users of raster graphics programs who care about the line are obliged to overpay by a factor of two or even three times the normal amount.

Pros
  • -The current iteration of Clicks is a significant improvement over its predecessor. a film that does not have a crystal effect. The ideal measurement is sixteen inches.
Cons
  • -Poor matrix with a color gamut that is highly limited and a brightness level of 200 nits. In comparison to the Cintiq 16 HD screen, my first-generation Companion only has a "retina" resolution, and its illumination is inconsistent. - Compared to the generation before it, the plastic and assembly costs were reduced. Absence of USB ports (they were there in synth 13 HD), and once more, a mess of wires that are in no way connected to the desktop.
