Review on 💻 Dell WD15 Monitor Dock 4K: Ultimate USB-C Docking Solution with 130W Adapter (450-AFGM), Black by John Walker

I had weird little glares when I first started using this product but I didn't pay much attention then one day after playing around with it I thought it stopped working that the lightning cable is broken, if you wiggle it right in the base of the dock it sometimes works, I called Amazon support and they said I had a 30 day return policy (about a week) and I would have to get the Dell -Call support so I called Dell support where they told me the product is over a year old so they don't have support. So Revain sold me an item that is over a year old and now I have no support from anyone. I started chatting online with Revain again and after a very frustrating time was told they would give me a loan to buy a replacement cable. I never got that kind of credit and now I'm stuck with a dock that works when I feel like it, if I look at it the wrong way it stops working and I have to spend 20 minutes bending the cable until it comes back is working. The product would probably be fine if I had a working cable, but most of all I am giving this 1 star because of the terrible experience I had with the support.
