The customer service was great! They were always willing to help with any questions I had about their product line or anything else pertaining to my account manager's team.

Their support staff has been around since day 1 when we first signed up so they really understand our needs as an organization. It would be nice if there could have been more templates available in some areas (like invoicing). We are able to track every aspect of what goes into creating each invoice from start-to-finish without having to switch between programs like Quickbooks does it now.
