I like that it is very customizable, you can choose what features are important to your business needs as well how often they will check in with customers or send out emails/text messages (and when).

It's not always easy figuring things our of this software but if we have questions their support team has been great at getting back right away! The interface could use some updating though - looks outdated now compared even 5 years ago which was also old then too since its first release? They've made many improvements over time so be patient :) We get weekly email reminders from them about upcoming tasks plus text message notifications whenever someone signs up through us via phone number lookup service; tracking leads who signups using referral link etc.; sending targeted Facebook ads daily without having employees doing outreach work every day ; automating social media posts across multiple accounts & pages including creating new account profiles.
