The device is functional, but its speeds are noticeably slower than those advertised; however, I am willing to overlook this shortcoming because I am now using a laptop that was manufactured four to five years ago. In general, everything works as it should, and the volume following formatting in NTFS is approximately 934 gigabytes. Following the installation of Samsung Magician, the system informed me that there is new firmware and that it has been updated. Everything is operating as it should. The benchmark does not indicate significantly greater speeds:)
