Review on QiyuanLS by Charles Notti

QiyuanLS is an online retailer that focuses on hardware, home repair, lighting, and ceiling fans, as well as commercial lighting. I bought some light bulbs and a pair of ceiling fans from their online store, and it was a complete and utter nightmare. To begin, their website is badly made and frustrating to use. It took me a while to find what I was looking for, and then the product descriptions were too general and missing key information. It took me several calls to customer support to get some fundamental questions answered. To add insult to injury, the products I ordered and got were of low quality and were not what I expected. There were missing parts from the light fittings, and the ceiling fans wobbled and shook. Customer support was unhelpful and unresponsive when I attempted a return. Weeks of emailing back and forth finally resulted in a reimbursement for me. Overall, I would not suggest QiyuanLS to anyone in the market for hardware, house decor, or electrical supplies. Shopping here is an exercise in frustration and disappointment due to the poorly designed website, inadequate product descriptions, and low-quality goods. Don't go through the trouble, and go elsewhere instead.
