I figured the manufacturer would just send me another one. They didn't answer the call. They got back to me a few days later but wanted me to buy a replacement part instead. The whole block is screaming about a poor quality product. I unscrewed the lid to access the top so I could screw it onto the cabinet. It's heavy so I wanted extra screws to secure it. When I screwed the cover back on, one of the four nuts holding the screws broke off. In the end I only kept the device because it was more difficult to send back. Dissatisfied customer with Cosmo.
