Review on Centrex Software by Hector Smith

Centrex is a very robust software. If you need to access multiple different functions, it is a one stop shop. If you need to run multiple business, it is very helpful to know that everything is in one place. I wish that when you ran a report that a pop up box came up to let you know that the report you needed to run, etc. did not exist. I am accessing Centrex to run all of the functions that I need in one place. I am using it to run all of the loan servicing functions for a loan broker that I am helping. The best thing about centrex is its ease of use. It is very easy to navigate through it once you get used to using it. I like how simple it makes my life when handling clients accounts. There are still some things missing from centrex such as an online application system which would be helpful but not necessary. However this can easily be solved by adding more features in future releases. I am solving financial problems for my customers.
