Good for workouts like P90X, P90X2 and Insanity. Wear some running too and these are decent running shoes. The fabric near the fingers is a little flimsy, but I didn't have any of the pinholes that others have complained about. I bought these instead of other sneakers because it was one of the few sneakers left without the crazy neon color scheme.
