Review on Acer PM141Q Portable Monitor Included 13.3", 1920X1080, 60Hz, Wide Screen, ‎UM.AP1AA.001 by Frank Jensen

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great second screen for computers with a USB-C Lightning port.

The screen is very light and quite large. This portable screen is larger than my original laptop screen. I had no problems with the monitor. Others who had problems didn't have the right port on their computers. **Please note that this portable display requires a USB-C Lightning connector - this is NOT the SAME as a regular USB-C connector. It must have a lightning bolt icon next to the port to be considered a Lightning port. **Here's some info from around the web on the differences: Two protocols, a USB-C port, and Thunderbolt 3 use the same reversible connector, which can create a lot of confusion around the two protocols. While the USB-C port and Thunderbolt 3 port look the same, Thunderbolt 3 has additional hardware over mainstream USB-C. It's also important to know that your USB-C accessories and cables will work with the Thunderbolt 3 port. All Thunderbolt 3 ports are also USB-C ports. However, the same cannot be said to the contrary; Not all USB-C ports are also Thunderbolt 3 ports. Hope that helps.
