I like that you can change it to fit your needs as much or little they are needed for people who need help with hearing loss. You do have options if there is something better out now (like Zoom). It lets me know when my students sign in so I don't miss anything important from class time-wise. We use this at our school district level because we teach many different subjects within grades K - 12th grade! The best thing about Caption Access is that it allows my husband to be able to hear what I am saying in class. He was always struggling to understand my lectures. This has helped him greatly. My only complaint is that sometimes Caption Access can lag behind. It doesn't always keep up with the lecture so you have to pause the video and rewind it. We use this product for my husband's school work.
