Waste of Money for Flexibility Training
This product was severely disappointing especially for its price .While it advertised helping with flexibility training, it did not offer the level of support I needed. The only pro was that it was easy to set up, but that was overshadowed by the cons. The build was flimsy and made of low-quality materials, leading to an uncomfortably wobbly experience during use. Overall, this was not a worthwhile purchase in the Sports and Outdoors category..
