Withstands the rain

This marker is a bit pricey but I needed something I could deliver quickly for my son's mood week at camp and it was worth it for the convenience. Things didn't go as easily as we would have liked. The tip wore out quickly, making it difficult to remove the chalk paint. I had to keep dipping it in a cup of water, which helped with flow issues, but the worn tip made it difficult to write accurately and dulled the color a bit. I think maybe I put too much pressure on at the beginning. But I think the end result was okay considering it was an urgent job and I'm not a big artist. I had enough paint to paint the car's side and rear windows, a little left over. I didn't try to write on my car's paint because some of the other reviews mentioned painting. I figured the paint would peel off in the rain so I drove my car into the garage the first day it looked like rain. but on the second day I didn't have time to move it. I thought the paint was washing off because it was raining heavily. But I was very surprised that all the paint stayed in place and there wasn't much of a difference. I live in Florida so we had at least a couple of lighter showers before I took it out of the car almost a week later. Luckily it was pretty easy to wipe down with a damp/dry smooth cloth and elbow grease.
