The support is excellent, they are open to anything you need help with from configuration of your server up until ongoing maintenance or upgrades that may be needed in future years (which I've never had an issue). They also have some pretty cool tools for monitoring servers such as Nagios which makes troubleshooting much easier than having to rely solely upon their ticketing system - it's not perfect but helps make things go more smoothly when there isn't someone available at all times who can assist directly. It would definitely improve if we could see our billing information/statistics without logging into each individual account individually through the website interface. We use this service primarily because its price point was one that fit within what we were looking for given budget constraints. Their customer care team has been very responsive throughout my tenure working here so far and always willing to answer any questions about how best to configure various aspects of running our business using.
