These collar extenders work great. I have a couple of size 32/33 shirts with a 17 inch neckline. The shirts fit great, the only problem is my neck is no longer 17 inches, it's probably closer to 18. I had a job interview and needed to find a way to wear one of my existing shirts. Finding size 32/33 shirts with an 18 inch neckline is almost impossible, nor was it wise as the shirts I own are in excellent condition. I took the risk and am very happy about it. I fastened one to the top button, pulled on my shirt, buttoned my collar, and put on my tie. fits perfectly and you didn't notice that I was wearing an extension.
