In summary, I decided to go with a watch because it offered the design, indestructibility, and battery life that I was looking for. In the past, not a single smart watch or bracelet lasted with me for longer than two weeks. First, I'd destroy it, then it'd get scratched to the point where it was repulsive to look at, and finally, the strap would snap. In general, I am familiar with how to destroy watches. They typically have a lifespan of around a year. I make no attempt to remove them at all (only sometimes I put them on charge). The menu is not difficult to comprehend, and all of the functions are operational. Occasionally they malfunction, and after a few excursions from the bedroom to the kitchen, they will report that the wearer has taken 300 steps (or 10 meters), and then in the training mode, they will report that the wearer is WALKING at a speed of 20 kilometers per hour. In general, there are occasional hiccups, but it's not too important to me.
