Review on Logitech Wireless Trackball M570 Renewed by Mateusz Jankowski ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Just super, the product is made wonderfully, very satisfied.

In general, getting used to is quite fast (possibly due to the fact that I actively use the Steam gamepad with trackball emulation) The ball slides easily and almost effortlessly. There are no problems with navigation between 2 screens - the sensor has adjustable sensitivity and the ball has inertia if something happens. They write that the device is not bad for the prevention of RSI - I don’t have it, but at least the problem with rubbing the bones on the wrist, which pursued on ordinary mice, has disappeared.

Pros
  • Good ergonomics. Compared to conventional mice, the hand rests completely on it and gets tired less. Claimed battery life. Quite stable and non-slip. There is no dependence on the surface - that's why it is a trackball. Works without problems with Linux.
Cons
  • No inertial scrolling (can be solved by binding the modifier key to the scrolling ball) Periodically cleaning is required. Slightly sweaty hand. You can get hell in 2022 - in large networks only MX Ergo, although this model has not been discontinued. Barely found a seller on ebay with an adequate price.
