Dynamic Tech Services is excellent! Our experience was extremely positive and they made us feel like family.
We’ve had no issues and have seen great growth in our business since starting with them. We have high praise for them and recommend them to everyone who asks. Thank you for helping us get where we are today! They did an amazing job setting up my account so I could easily administer it from anywhere via phone or email. That alone makes this company stand out from all others because if there were any hiccups along the way (which there weren't), i would've been notified immediately instead of waiting days/weeks to find out something wasn't right..they really do make sure everything runs smoothly and without hassle. Also when I contacted them regarding an issue, they responded promptly and very clearly explained how things worked as well as suggested solutions.
- Easy to understand and manage
- Flexible enough to work within multiple platforms, including SharePoint Online and Dynamics CRM
- The "visual" editing of dashboards isn't as flexible as Excel, for example - so creating something like a scorecard might be easier to do in Excel
- Only works on Windows computers, not Macs, iPads, etc.
