Not Perfect, But Usable

I use this dock every day at work and dock/undock several times a day. I haven't found any problem with the mechanism itself; It's a little finicky, but after about 30 uses you get the hang of it and I no longer have trouble aligning things. Problems I found: 1. If you are using a 4K 60Hz monitor, you CANNOT run two 1080 60Hz monitors side by side. These docking station specifications describe this scenario as supported. I followed the installation instructions correctly and tried several cables. It just doesn't work OR you have to run 4K at 30Hz. 4K @ 60Hz and an additional monitor works well, but not two additional monitors. I also updated the dock's firmware and they didn't fix the issue.2. I've found that my 580T laptop has issues when docked and the lid is closed, but the device still works. I expect the external monitor to get a signal so I can work with the external keyboard and mouse. Sometimes this happens, but often the device displays a distorted image on an external monitor, and then freezes completely. It is also with the latest laptop firmware. Latest updates for Windows 10. The workaround is to always open the laptop immediately after docking so that it also appears next to the external monitor and this solves the problem. This may be an issue with the laptop and not the dock, but I'm reporting this for others. Aside from this issue, everything else works fine. This is a reliable workhorse.
