Doesn't fully charge

Leaves it charging overnight and never got more than 92% charged. And began to discharge the charge as soon as the watch was removed from the charger, even though the watch was not turned on. Otherwise it was in perfect condition and appeared new. No instructions were included, but it did include a charging base, plug, cable, and watch strap. I'm waiting for the arrival of a new watch - I've decided not to bother with the updated ones.
