The listing claims a quality warranty, but they refuse to help me because I bought it refurbished. The listing doesn't say anything that suggests this, so it's false advertising.

This was the SECOND replacement. I bought this back in Nov 2021 for my moms birthday. The first one lasted 2 weeks. I called ebay and they sent out a replacement in December. Here we are Feb 24 and the second one is worst than the first. They refused to refund my full amount I paid. Horrible customer service. Very disappointed! Don’t waste your money!

My mother loves this frame. I bought it for her. It is perfect because she is not good with technology, so I set it up for her and all she has to do is look at it. I sent all of her brothers, her sister, and my cousins the frame's email address, and my mom says that she's gotten tons of pictures. It was the perfect gift.

Easy setup right out of the box. iOS app connects and uploads pics readily. Other features allow you to use the frame landscape or portrait mode and it adjusts automatically. Touch screen and wifi connection help make it easy to use. Would definitely recommend

It worked good for 6 weeks and know it is just rolling will not stop. Give it to my mother for Christmas so she could get pictures of grandkids. But just set it up so know can not send it back.

This frame works great. Once you upload the app and figure sending the pics to it, its really nice gift. I bought for parents who cant be at all the family gatherings. Now we can send pics and videos. They will love it. Great gift

There wasn't anything to like about this product. The picture quality is washed out and really bad. The GUI was just confusing and poorly designed. While it does support remote loading of pics the process was not easy for either the sender or the frame owner. Yes this was a little cheaper than the others but not enough to justify the difference in quality. My best advice just say no, spend a few more bucks and get a decent product.just not this one.

The app needed was not user friendly. I never was able to get it to work. I returned the product because I was unable to get it to work.

Update contacted seller and they sent me a new one for a replacement. Good customer service.Product was a gift for a relative so we could send pictures since they live far away, it worked just long enough to get pass the 90 day return window since it was bought in advance as a gift and then the screen went out.

I really enjoyed the frame, it was easy to upload pictures from my cell phone and computer, and I put approximately 2k pictures on it. Unfortunately, it stopped working and when I contacted customer service they were prompt with a response and a solution.
