By far the best makeup brushes I've ever owned. I do make-up for theatre, and these are fantastic for stage and street makeup. Yes, the smell thing that people are talking about exists, but it's not a big deal and goes away after you wash them and air out the brushes and the case. Would recommend to people from all levels of makeup experience. Cute case is of course a plus.

Brushes are great! the bag is a different material than I had expected. nothing wrong with it, just reminds me of material you would use on outdoor chair cushions. The brushes are full size and very soft. My only complaint is surprisingly the paint smell that bag has. otherwise I would have given this a five star.I have no idea why but it really does smell like paint, just like a couple other reviews had mentioned.and it's strong.it hit me as soon as I took it out of the plastic bag it came in.

These brushes are an amazing value and great quality, especially for the cost. I'm just starting to build up my collection of makeup and brushes and I love finds like this that make great products so accessible. I use every brush at least once a week and most of them every day. these brushes are definitely really good for the price. the only thing i wish was different was that the fan brush, the powder brush, and angled blush brush were all denser because they don’t have a good enough color payoff for me. i still gave it 5 stars though because i really love the spooly and angled eyebrow brush and i also really love the 4 eyeshadow brushes that come with this set. they do start to get prickly after a little while but if you clean them they are soft again. i got this…

Most brushes were very good quality. However, I found that the quality of some could have been better, especially the biggest brush. Hoped the fan brush would be more sturdy but it's actually quite soft. Love the blush/bronzer brush though.

Very soft. Actually maybe a little too soft. Some of the bigger brushes can be a little too fluffy to actually work neatly with. But quality is good, no shedding and don't feel overly cheap.

I will say that the set is absolutely gorgeous! I love the pattern and the colors. However the brushes themselves aren't very effective. They're too flimsy to blend product on the face. The eye brushes are better than the face brushes. But the eye brushes are waaay too big to have precise application.

Very nice brushes. All are very soft. I haven't used them all yet but I did open them and feel them and they seem like they will hold up well. Good for beginners, I did my first eye shadow look and even though I had no idea what I was doing it came out blended and almost seamless. Would definitely recommend if just getting started in makeup like I am. :)

I love this product EXCEPT for the foundation brush leaving hairs on my face when I'm trying to apply my foundation. Other than that, the other brushes are great and the case is wonderful.

I have just recently started to do my makeup and I am almost 30. I have never been into makeup but my job is in finance so I figured I needed to look put together. These brushes are perfect for contouring and highlighting. My makeup looks BEAUTIFUL.

This is a nice brush set, especially for the price. The carry case is adorable and it has all of the brushes a novice would need. I took a star away because the powder or foundation brush is not my favorite. It is a little rough and the bristles are so long that it is hard to control for putting powder on your whole face, it is okay for packing blush or bronzer on, but I don't do that very often so I probably won't be using the brush. This set is absolutely beautiful, the hair on the brushes are super soft. It did have a faint smell of plastic but it was easy to get rid of. I can't wait to use these!

I ordered these brushes May 2017 and it’s now almost February 2018 I’ve been using these for awhile and they are great brushes and the cost makes them even better. I have higher end brushes and the hairs are thinner than these brushes but they are still pretty thin. There is a little hair fall out in them but not more than 10 hairs since I’ve had them. One have came unglued from the stick but it make be from me washing it. All in all I would buy again

I like this set and holder a lot. However, the powder brush came off the handle after only a few weeks use. Not a huge deal--I'll probably try to fix it with a hot glue gun. This set makes getting ready in the morning much easier for me. I used to go rummaging around in a basket for my makeup and brushes. The handles came off and it was very cheap. The bristles were super soft but I couldn't use them because the handles kept flying off. I kept the case though. The case is super cute.
