Garbage. Makes hearing worse. I returned them after trying them for about 2 weeks. They made sounds like hearing the grain texture on the floors very loud, and I wasn't shuffling my feet. Me talking was as loud to me as if your fingers were in your ears. Hearing someone speaking or the TV wasn't any better but the squeak of my chair was very loud or the fabric noise if I moved. I did the hearing test/setup several times and tried all the adjustments with no better results.

Does not live up to its advertising. Charged for 2 1/2 hours on receipt. Went through set-up and about 3 hours later, they needed to be recharged. Very little amplification, not enough to be usable for my right ear with 50 percent loss. Small improvement for left ear with 30 percent loss.

I liked the product but I didn’t like that people kept asking what was in my ears & had to say hearing aid. Other than that, their great. Did have a little bit of trouble with mobile app

The best part of these hearing aids is the ability to adjust the level through the app when connecting on bluetooth.I would like to have longer battery life. the sound quality is excellent.I would recommend this product

I got this product for my father in law which needed a little boost to be able to hear better. These have been great in being able to have him hear us better and as such be able to interact with us easier. The hearing test function works great. I do feel they could be louder at times but still always serve their purpose so far. The sound quality is clear every time that I have tried them. My father in law tells us that these are comfortable and he doesn't have any issue keeping them in his ear.

My first order of these was obviously someone else's return (earwax on one of the domes, ewww). Also, the left bud would not pair with the app, so it was defective. I exchanged via ebay exchange process, which was easy. The second set was perfect! These are well-made, quality earbuds. I really liked the charging case and the way the buds just drop into it and start charging! Cell phone controls and adjustments to each hearing aid, (R-L) makes stereo sound great. Using cell phone controls also makes it easy to adjust volume and background noise. Watching TV and understanding what's said is no longer a problem.
