Strong adhesive backing and very strong magnet

The name badge magnets are easy to apply with a very good quality adhesive backing that sticks well to vinyl name badge holders. The magnet is also very strong and holds well even through very thick fabric.

Pros
  • plastic pouch was opened, only received 9, but they stick very well, and work great for my badge.
Cons
  • The magnets could potentially interfere with the functioning of certain medical devices, such as pacemakers

Exceeded expectations

Was able to use the new magnets on old pin type name tags that had rusted out and these magnets will not pull lose and get lost.

Pros
  • Great product, delivered on time and exactly what I wanted.
Cons
  • The magnetic fastening may cause nearby metals to stick to the badge holder, causing an inconvenience or even accidentally causing damage.

Does Job and now everyone can see my name badge.

The three magnets work well and is strong enough to keep my name badge in place all day. I wear a thick chefs jacket that is made out of a canvass type material. Only draw back is that the back three magnets are not flush with the plastic so their is a small gap that tends to catch random bits of stuff as I wear it on a breast pocket as it is easier to remove then if I had to grab the magnet from beneath uniform.

Pros
  • I don't need anymore
Cons
  • The badge holders may not be suitable for outdoor use in windier conditions

Perfect for my project

I'm using these for a project and the hold is really good the quality is great and it's going to work perfectly for me and at an amazing deal for the money

Pros
  • work well for me
Cons
  • The product name leaves a lot to be desired, these are only a component of a name tag not a name tag.

They stick. They hold.

These magnets work! When you wear an ID badge, you don't want it to fall off. If you bump into something, or someone, or carry something, your magnetic holder could fail. These magnets stick and hold. The adhesive sticks and won't give up. The magnets hold with three powerful points of contact. One single magnet will come loose. Other ID badges I've worn had that problem. I knew to watch out for that and I found the right magnets. Much safer around children too. Swallowed magnets can kill.I…

Pros
  • They are a great option for those who suffer from skin sensitivity or allergies to adhesive
Cons
  • The badge holder may shift or move during physical activity, causing it to become uncomfortable or obtrusive

Work fine along with name tag pin

I put these below the existing pin on name tags for a volunteer horticulture organization. This gives the option to use either. The magnet is strong enough to hold, but the pin is good for active work (like gardening) or with a heavy coat. The price is good. I will recommend that the organization buys more so they can add them to all of the tags. The name tag manufacturer charges an extra $3 each to supply a magnet instead of a pin. This is a great way to have both for a small cost.

Pros
  • Office Products
Cons
  • The magnets may attract other objects, causing the badge holder to become unusable or even lost

Works great! - my new review

These magnets work perfectly to transform my bulky name tag into one that can be placed anywhere on my shirt and stays put all day!

Pros
  • They are a great choice for those working in healthcare, where hygiene is key
Cons
  • The weight of larger badges may cause the entire holder to sag or shift, making it difficult to read the badge itself

Name tag magnet - my new review

Perfect for name badge. Easy on, easy off. Very strong. Name badge will not fall off yet it is easy to detach. Strong adhesive to attach initial piece to back of badge.

Pros
  • These holders are ideal for events that require frequent name tag changes or replacements
Cons
  • The magnetic fastening may not be strong enough to hold the badge in place during jostling or movement

Supprisingly powerful!

Wow! These magnets are powerful. Our group members are all more than 65 years old, so the warning about use with pacemakers may be an issue. We will advise everyone, just in case and add a warning about use around other electronic devices (phones, watches, etc.). For users wearing lightweight or sheer garments, they may want to practice with applying the magnets or even use extra bits of cloth around the magnets to prevent stretching of the material. We will have some other option available for

Pros
  • Office & School Supplies
Cons
  • The badge holders may be too large or heavy to wear on more formal or traditional business attire

No more holes for my opinion

Ordered this to replace a pin back system on a name plate for my scouting uniform. 100% better and no holes in my new shirts.

Pros
  • Will buy again if needed. I highly recommend this
Cons
  • The magnets may interfere with the effectiveness of security systems

Don't buy this for Sports Bibs

If you are looking for a magnet that can hold up to any physical activity, this isn't the one. We used 2 of them on a bib number for a dance convention and they had both fallen off within 20 minutes.

Pros
  • They are perfect for networking events, conferences, and tradeshows
Cons
  • The bulkier design may make the wearer appear less streamlined or professional

Background: My kids are watching Star Trek The Next Generation, so I decided to get them communicator badges like those in the show. The ones I bought were great equipped with two pin/clip fasteners - the type with a pin that pokes through your shirt, and little clips that slide onto the end of the pin to hold it in place. I mention this because these items are a bit heavy and need to be oriented correctly to look right. I was worried that the magnets wouldn't be up to the task or the adhesive…

Pros
  • ‎Rectangular
Cons
  • The magnets may damage or erase magnetic strips on credit cards or other identification

Great For Your Badge!

I got these magnets primarily because my wife hates having a lanyard around her neck when we work together doing business. We were able to just add the magnets to her badge, remove the lanyard and now she can just magnetize her badge to her shirt. Super convenient and work great! I've even put them on my badge too. A++++++++++

Pros
  • Magnetic name badge holders with adhesive fastener
Cons
  • The magnetic fastenings could cause clumps or bunching in lighter-weight fabrics

I was surprised I could fine this I had lost the magnet that holds my name badge on so when I happened onto it I bought it and it works great and a good price.

Pros
  • Works very well
Cons
  • Some customers may prefer more subtle clip or pin-style badge holders which do not draw attention

Very strong good for me

Got these for a patch I needed to have on a jacket. The adhesive has stayed and the magnets are strong. No worries about it coming off.

Pros
  • Name badge dimensions: 1-3/4" long x 1/2" wide x 1/4" thick
Cons
  • The bulky design may detract from the appearance of the badge or tag itself

Works well. best in my review

Strong magnets securely hold name tag to uniform. Convenient double stick tape make attachment to tag easy. That's my feedback.

Pros
  • I use these for sewing. Works like a charm.
Cons
  • The badges may be difficult to remove quickly in emergency situations with these holders

Works Great: my feedback

I ordered these for name tags I had made that came with a pin back that I did not prefer. These magnets work on even the most delicate clothing materials.

Pros
  • I love these because I hate having holes in my clothes.
Cons
  • The metallic finish may be unappealing or clash with certain outfit styles

Great for corsages.

These were perfect for the lapel corsages I made for Mother of the groom. I made sure to ask if anyone had a pacemaker, as magnets are discouraged when you have a pacemaker. Lots of compliments and no holes from pins.

Pros
  • These holders are a cost-effective alternative to traditional badge holders that require separate clips or pins
Cons
  • The weight of the badge holder may cause discomfort or neck strain for those with existing medical conditions

Revainrating 5 out of 5

very strong magnet for my opinion

Bought this to use on my work name badge that had a pin on the back. Did not want to keep poking holes in my dress clothes. Works well.

Pros
  • These holders can be used with a variety of name tags and badges, making them flexible and versatile
Cons
  • The magnetic fastening may not be suitable for badges with thicker or non-flat backings

It’s very strong magnet, already purchased more

Bought to make some yellow roses for the Buddhist event for Lễ Vu-Lan (Ullambana Sutra), though it works great 🌹 Thanks for attention.

Pros
  • Two piece design with front magnetic plate features adhesive backing to easily attach name tag
Cons
  • The pins may come loose over time or with frequent use, causing the badge to fall off
