Unheated Garage Location

Installed in my garage last fall for my sink in garage. Garage is not heated so I need to drain unit for winter. I placed unit in service this week. Seems to be working fine. It's great for instant hot water at one sink locations.

I am disappointed that I did not go with a higher amperage .

The unit is sufficient for a bathroom sink only it will not perform well with more than that. I am disappointed that I did not go with a higher amperage unit but live and learn.

Easy to install, requires dedicated circuit no temp adjusment on some models (7.2)

Updated review: Well that did no take long. I updated my review from 5 to 3. It does what it has to do. BUT there isn't any temp adjustment POT on some models. The US7 model can only adjust the temp with flow control of the service valves. I only had one cold water valve - so I had to split it. When I run cold and hot at same time - you think you would get warm water - but since there isn't enough GPM flow to enable the flow switch - the heater shuts off. So I need to switch back and forth…

Worked for a Week than needed a Reset of the Flow Sensor

This Tank-less hot water heater worked good for a week then stopped working. Contacted Tech. support and the unit was Reset with the Reset button on the water flow sensing device. Temperature range on the "Low" setting was 90 F to 128 F.

Compact, and works beautifully, quiet, no more wasted cold water down the drain

Came very quickly. I was surprised at how compact the heater is. Be warned that it takes 10 ga. wire to run it! this will not plug into a regular wall socket
