They are too small for a real tool box – at least for me. But they are perfect for the first aid kit I keep in the car. Bright red and easy to see. Nice handle that's easy to grab and the whole thing opens up so you can easily find what you're looking for in an emergency. This is way better than the padded pouches commonly sold for first aid kits. The hinges are a bit flimsy, but given the way I intend to use them, that's not a problem for me.

So I figured the size was perfect for keeping my baby stuff in his drawer at school (although I didn't realize how big it could be). I will say that I have not heard any complaints from either the teacher or my son, and we have been at school for a little over a month! Again, the dimensions just jumped out of me, leaving additional room for additional goodies. Nice little box at a very good price. I use it to carry around small knit items like socks and scarves. Nice! This would be good for nail polish, prescription drugs in small bottles, small office supplies like paper clips and staples. It's about the size of a small loaf of bread, but remember there's a tray at the top that takes up some of the space. I think it's a handy size but not a big bottle of lotion or nail polish remover. I plan to buy at least one more.

Maybe a little worse. Look, it's a pretty cheap plastic box. Typical Chinese crap. The price is a bit high but I knew it would be. I just wanted a small plastic box for my brushes. I love keeping everything clean and tidy so I can find what I need without having to spend half an hour searching. So that's enough for what I need. But I wouldn't do it again.
