For me, what makes a good lotion is the quality ingredients, moisturizing power, and non-greasy feel. The flavors are nice and not overpowering. My guests always fall in love with the whistle I keep next to the kitchen sink.

The scent didn't seem "fake", it just smelled like oranges. However, after a while the smell became intrusive and annoying. I've also learned that citrus oils can irritate the skin - it's entirely possible to develop allergies with prolonged use. I sent it back and switched to an unscented hand cream.
