Excellent Tool for Mobile Friendliness Feedback Management

I am using appBot to keep my team informed regarding our customer's feedback or suggestions related with apps we are building at work (mobile friendly). We can easily track all incoming conversations via this platform which helps us manage them effectively as well! The only thing that i dislike now would be if there was an option where you could see more details/stats per each conversation received so it will help me prioritize better amongst many chats coming simultaneously into one chat…

  • It is very much convenient also :)

  • Would appreciate some features whereby they may add additional information about how often particular user sends similar kind message

Best Customer Service AI tool hands down

I love that it's so easy to use! It has all my favorite features (voice recognition, text-to speech) as well as some new ones too such as being able to send messages back via chat/emoji etc. The only thing i dislike at this time would be there isn't an option yet for you can choose which words have been recorded or not if they are wrong but hopefully soon will come along with more options. If anyone wants something simple where their customer service team doesn't need training then definitely…

  • Can easily work offline like me lol :D(I'm working overseas & sometimes don’t always receive good wifi signal)
