Good tool, best in torque wrenches

I've only used it once for a total of 24 lugs and haven't checked ft/lb with a torque wrench after that, but my wheels haven't fallen off which is a good sign.

Pros
  • Several competitors
Cons
  • Frequency

Know Your Tools Torque Wrench Suitable

Clean looking product works well, my large IC 9000 winds up my compact nitro air reel a bit which is about the second punch mark of Lugnuts.

Pros
  • GOLS Certified
Cons
  • Negative Impression

Never knew that was what! Love it.

I'm an autocrosser and this thing makes my life easier. I can change tires quickly and always know they are tightened properly without over tightening.

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Some cons

Works great in hand tools

Works well. I checked the accuracy with a separate torque wrench. It was passed with honor. They come in a very nice case which I will never use. The case seems redundant.

Pros
  • Excellent design
Cons
  • I won't say anything

Very good torsion bars!

Good torsion bars for fitting wheels without fear of over or under tightening the nuts. My particular stress is turning them 10-15 ft-lbs over nominal, so check and make a baseline when you get them out with the torque wrench.

Pros
  • Very good value for money

Buena calidad.: Power & Hand Tools

bien hasta la fecha.Entiendo Que El Material Es de Muy Buena Calidad.Claro Que Lo Uso Para Uso Personal, No En Un Taller de Mecánica Donde Le Dan Pela Todo Los Dias.

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • I don't remember

Great for DIYers. Always use a torque wrench.

Worked well with low powered air exposure. The Milwaukee's average torque beats it even at Stage 2. Not bad, but not perfect either. Typically you just set the gun to 2 and it will range from 70 to 100 ftlb depending on air pressure (or voltage for electric guns) and how long you hold that trigger.

Pros
  • Easy install
Cons
  • Hard to tell

Budget hand tools

I'm a Honda technician and after a wheel stud broke I decided to buy a torque bar so I wouldn't have to worry about cutting a tire. Overall, this torque bar offers good value for money. Personally I wouldn't use this as an alternative to torque wheels, but to ensure you don't over tighten the wheel bolts. And you should go through them with a torque wrench.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Great price

Impact wrenches are very powerful and can often damage parts like brake discs if wheel bolts are over tightened. Up to 100 lb-ft, I knew before buying that the actual final torque would be about 10-15 lb-ft lower and that my car needed 88 lb-ft of torque on my lug nuts. The torque on my lug nuts should be 85 lb-ft (+/- 5) before I finish to 88 lb-ft with my torque wrench. Almost perfect for my needs but be aware that this is not a perfectly accurate tool, it is designed to limit torque when…

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • Safety
