I bought this item directly from arkon.com. I have found that the 2 balls used in the mount will cause the mount to fall off while the car is moving. It's not as durable as I would like it to be. With a little thought, I was able to prevent the ball from falling closer to the tablet by tying a rope around the top of the tablet holder on the headrest. To prevent the ball from falling closer to the headrest I added a sponge between the tube and the top of the car seat.
