I love that it is so easy to navigate through, once you have used it for awhile its very intuitive! It takes some time to learn all of the features but they are there if needed. It's easy to navigate through each step of the workflow, including customizing fields for different customers or vendors in our organization. The interface is not very intuitive at first glance so you have to spend some time learning how things are set up before it becomes second nature! The ability to enter receipts in an electronic format is very helpful, as opposed we used paper tickets. We are able to track our expenses much easier this way! There isn't anything I dislike about smart touch yet; however, there may be something that you have not thought of or it has been overlooked during setup/integration phase.
