Very User Friendly Accounting Software

I love that it is so easy to navigate through, once you have used it for awhile its very intuitive! It takes some time to learn all of the features but they are there if needed. The customer service can be somewhat hit or miss as well - sometimes you get great support and other times not nearly as much. We use this software primarily for our accounts payable department. This allows us to easily track payments made throughout the month and helps keep up with due dates. The most important aspect…

Ascend Smartouch AP - Great solution with tons potential

It's easy to navigate through each step of the workflow, including customizing fields for different customers or vendors in our organization. The interface is not very intuitive at first glance so you have to spend some time learning how things are set up before it becomes second nature! I would definitely recommend getting used to this software though as once you do get familiarized everything works well; we've been able solve all issues that come about while working within their platform…

A fantastic product allowing data input within minutes

The ability to enter receipts in an electronic format is very helpful, as opposed we used paper tickets. We are able to track our expenses much easier this way! There isn't anything I dislike about smart touch yet; however, there may be something that you have not thought of or it has been overlooked during setup/integration phase.   • Easy integration with most popular accounting programs like Sage Intacct & QuickBooksPro (as well many others)

  • Inability sometimes while using certain functions related specifically around credit card data retrieval.
  • Not having more options built directly from source code instead going via API
