The Barkers software has helped us track our customers, as well as our own business. We love that it gives us access from anywhere in the world, and we are able to work from home. I like that it's easy enough for my staff to use, but also has all of our accounting information in one place so we can keep track with ease! There really isn't anything bad about this product at all - if they made changes or updates as needed (which would hopefully happen from time to time) then there wouldn't even need to be an option for me not to update them because everything works perfectly fine without any complaints whatsoever! The ability to keep track of all clients, appointments, payments & billing! It's so simple that anyone can use it with ease! I wish there was an option to add more fields or customize some features but everything works perfectly as it should. It has allowed us many things, such as being able track our business at all times which can help me stay organized with so much information that I would loose otherwise!
