Great tool and helps efficiency greatly

The best thing about this software was its ability for me as an agent to be able to see everything at once in one place! I also liked that it could help with our ticketing system by having multiple tabs open allowing us to easily access information while we were working through tasks together. It would sometimes take awhile before new data appeared after logging into my account but other than that there wasn't anything bad i can say about how easy this program has made managing our accounts so…

  • Allows you more time when booking clients instead using Excel or Word documents
  • Easy way make sure all client info is organized properly, especially if they're coming back again soon (even better)

  • Can get confusing trying too many things up simultaneously

The best part about this software is that it allows you to work in your own way as long as you are familiar with the platform. It also has a lot of great features like live chat integration, integrated CRM, ticketing system, etc. It's very easy to use. Some of the customization can be tedious especially if you are not familiar with coding and programming. I would highly recommend this product to any large enterprise or small businesses.
