Excellent Professionalism; Knowledgeable in Business Law

The legal knowledge base at BS has been developed through years upon generations working cases from all sides. That means that they can be trusted as experienced professionals able to help navigate complicated situations without being too bogged down by minutia or details when necessary. Also very responsive! Highly recommended if you need guidance but don't want long contracts which many firms will require (I believe it was 25+ page standard). My father passed away after an auto accident so I…

Helped with various business formations including non-profit organizations

They were very helpful when we needed an attorney that had expertise regarding corporate laws/formation (which was not included within our other resources). This particular lawyer has since moved into another area at BSMG so I am unable confirm this but it may be worth your time as they do have some great lawyers there! Don't expect them to solve all problems just because you're paying top dollar - if anything ask about how much experience each individual member brings to bear upon any given…

Very happy with team and organization of Blue Sky Consulting

The people at BSC were great! They really cared about your needs/goals as well making sure you got what was needed from them while also getting all details covered up front so there weren't any surprises later down road when it came time pay out money or finalize paperwork etc.. I am not aware that we had anything specifically wrong but everything went smoothly during engagement process - they kept us informed throughout entire project (and even after!), responded quickly if issues did arise &
