Great car for the price!

Decided to sell my Bernina 580 and replace it with this Bernetta 77. I was a bit hesitant after ordering if I could be happy with this model as I'm used to all the bells and whistles. I was surprised at the size when I opened the box. The table that came with it is actually longer than the one I had before. It's every bit the same size. actually weighs a little less. When I was young my first sewing machine was the Bernina. I remembered loving that car, it was great. I have been sewing for over 40 years so I would say I have some experience. • New
Cons

I bought a Bernette b77 to replace my Brother ST371HD. I didn't want to switch brands as it would mean learning a new machine and process, but I just outgrew Brother and wanted something nicer and more versatile. The Bernette b77 definitely goes with it. Due to its characteristics, the b77 is quite practical. The only thing it doesn't have that I had in my wish list is the automatic thread tension. There were several other machines I looked at in this price range that had this feature but…
