Great walking shoes

I bought these for my dad because he needs good arch support even though he has a normal arch. He goes for a walk every day. This is his first pair of Brooks and after wearing them for a week he loves them.

Must try! ..... the best in my rating

Great shoes! My husband has a problem finding shoes that are comfortable at the right width and hold up well over time. This is the perfect shoe and I highly recommend it.

In reality it doesn't look as bad as in the photo.

I love brooks and after years of addiction I decided on this shoe. My only caveat was that they look really ugly. They're a little ugly, but they look much better in person than in the photo. Performance wise they are great, especially for people with wide flat feet like me.

Great shoes with great support

I like fur and durability. One of the few shoes with support that prevents ankle roll-off. I walk/jog a lot and eventually the shoe broke due to healing/Achilles tendon.

Pros
  • These shoes are very well made. I can wear braces and the running shoes last six months.
Cons
  • Shoes can be too bulky for people with small feet.

my verdict new style

The styling has been modernized to keep up with the current trend but still looks the same as before. Fits well and true to size, I will continue to use these as my standard walking shoes.

Good but not as good as Dyad 8s

The quality of Dyad 8 was much better. Disappointed with Dyad 10. Still feel good walking. I'm a heavier type 275+ - the overall quality of the upper of the shoe is much less strong. I switched to other Brooks shoes. Like the Brooks brand.

Great fitting shoe, good for me

It was a new order of Brooks shoes that I have had for several years. Fits my foot very comfortably right from the start. I wish Brooks would have made them in some additional color combinations.

  • If you want a very neutral running show, this is for you. Very well built and mostly flat on the inside. You look good too.
Cons
  • Shoelaces can be too short or too long.

Bought for my husband and he loves them. His doctor recommended Brook shoes for him after his knee surgery. He said it was convenient.

Good price for a good wide shoe!

These shoes are great since I received them. Comfortable and fit my wide feet well. Overall I would say a great price for a good shoe.

My fingers are content with my opinion

Great for those with a lot of foot problems, plenty of toe room and the perfect shoe to use with my custom made orthotics. I wish I had tried that before.

Considering the price, I expected much better shoes.

A higher arch support would have been better. The material the shoes are made of is uncomfortable if you rub too hard in the same spot. Considering the price, I expected more from the whole shoe design.

Just bought a second pair

The most comfortable running shoes. My husband runs five miles a day and loves these shoes. This is his second pair and he is considering buying another pair in case Brooks changes his style. Delivery was great too.

Because I don't get dyadic nines anymore.

Turns out it's a great transition from dyad 9 to 10. I need shoes that fit custom insoles. The factory insoles are easy to remove and my insoles fit perfectly. Shoes look great with casual wear. I am very happy with this purchase. I recommend to everyone.

Keeper, but beware of the size

This is the only shoe I have to buy in a wide size, I bought a normal and too narrow. Looks good, not all those crazy flashy colors. Also durable.

Instantly convenient

Sometimes you have to try on a lot of shoes to find something comfortable. These shoes are comfortable as soon as I put them on. I was replacing a set of 5 year old Dyad 7s so I had a history with a brand that has proven to be reliable. My new Dyad 10s look great and I am happy with this purchase.

I've always wanted a pair of Brooks. It's not just my last name. But the product speaks for itself. Excellent running shoes. Comfort Comfort Comfort

I like these shoes very very comfortable. They also match my custom orthopedic insoles. Delivered on time, everything went smoothly.

Loose protectors are the best in my rating

2 weeks after the warranty expired, the protectors on the soles of my boots came loose. There wasn't enough glue to hold the splints.

Toe box not as wide as I need, has holes, less than 1 year old, heat/odor traps

wide toes like mine, would recommend another brand instead. In addition, the fabric material is not so durable and gets dirty easily. I couldn't even wear these shoes to cook/bbq for fear of getting them dirty with any marinade. The fabric retains moisture like never before, so if you sweat a lot in these shoes, they'll even knock you out of the room with their incredible stench.
