Great Firm with Excellent Partners and staff in various practice areas

I worked for their office downtown during my time at Ropes & Gray - it was one of our most prestigious partners when we were there under Tom Fritsche (who has become Partner Chair). There are many opportunities to work outside NYC here too but not nearly enough resources internally within New Jersey or across all US states compared to larger cities like NY/Chicago etc., so make sure you're comfortable working out where your interests lie! It is difficult because they have no local presence…

Pros
  • Strong international footprint with global offices in major business centers worldwide
  • Highly experienced attorneys, well credentialed client base.
  • Very active M&A transactional practice area including large scale cross border mergers / reorganizations as required by clients' needs
Cons
  • There are disadvantages

Highly Recommend and Very Pleased with Legal & Compliance Services

I like that they are very responsive to our needs - whether it be for legal advice or if we need assistance getting something done outside of their normal scope (e.g., hiring someone). It is not always easy working through issues because sometimes there can come conflict between what you would prefer/expect vs how things get resolved at work but overall no complaints here! They have been great so far when helping us transition into new roles within our organization after significant changes…

Pros
  • The team has generally responded promptly, professionally & efficiently with all requests submitted via email as well as phone calls / in person meetings whenever necessary over time
Cons
  • There are disadvantages
