Update 10/07/22: Unfortunately, these comfortable sandals are no longer wearable. The strap holding the foot in the sandal came undone. Otherwise the sandals are ok but without the back strap the sandals are for the bin. Original review: Ugly but comfortable. In addition, there is space inside for an orthopedic insole, which stays in place thanks to the closed toe of the shoe. The sole is very light and spongy. Just right for legs as old as Tutankhamun's.

I bought these sandals/sneakers for my father. He usually likes to wear flip flops in warm weather, but as he gets older it becomes harder for him to move. I bought a pair of shoes very similar to these and I really like them. So I knew he did too. They are very easy to put on. They have an elastic band at the top of the foot that makes it easy to slip your foot into the shoe. If you want the shoe to fit your foot snugly, just pull the elastic band and it will tighten. I bought these as an alternative to the very expensive Keens which only last me a year before falling apart. They fit well but after a month these sandals failed - the strap came off the toe! I don't think I'm particularly picky about my shoes, so maybe it's just a general design flaw, who knows? I can't find a way to activate the warranty on them so I decided to write this review to warn future buyers. I am extremely disappointed.

They seemed to fit perfectly when I opened them up and put them on. They are comfortable and supportive. However, the bracelet wears out after two weeks of daily use. The back attaches with a strap through a ring and folds over to attach to itself with velcro. Where the tape passes through the rectangular metal ring, it wears down to the backing material! I just received my new sandals and they fit perfectly. I take 11 and they fit great, the toe box is nice and wide. I bought these to replace my hobbies and they seem identical and a lot cheaper. My old shoes didn't have an adjustable heel strap but I love the velcro on this pair, it's great. I would recommend them for a quick exchange.

I bought these sandals as another brand I bought a few months ago already feel disconnected from me. I decided to give these a try and have been very pleased so far. I wear sandals almost every day during the warmer months, so I'll update this once it snows if I don't like it.

Bought September 2021. Today is late August 2022. I live in Michigan where it is very cold in the winter. As these sandals are very restrictive, I only wore them during the spring/summer months (May 2022 to August 2022) this year. Fits perfectly. Very effective design. Convenient for a long walk. I've been wearing them for less than a month, the sole cracked and water got inside the sock. i love shoes Too bad it doesn't last long.

The sandals are very comfortable, bought these for my son who trips over everything so the toe protection was a definite plus. They are clearly too big but he refuses to take them off so for now I accept the fact that I won't have to buy new ones in a few months considering how fast he's growing. Going on a trip next month so we'll see if they make it through the summer. So far, so good!

The shoe fits perfectly, but the elastic cord that secures the shoe to the foot is separate from the sewn-in eyelet. I will give them another chance when this couple comes back

They were very comfortable and I wanted them to fit even though the material didn't feel particularly durable. But I'm a size 11 and wore them to the max and there was over 1/2 inch left in the toe box.

I have stood in 4-6 bodies of water in a river and they have been very reliable/comfortable. The only thing I would say is order 1/2 size smaller than you normally need (USA). I would like her back.

A few days after wearing it, the velcro started to wear out and tear. I was traveling abroad and when I returned from my trip the return window was closed. It's a shame because otherwise they've held up well, but without a strap they're useless.

Very comfortable and inexpensive. I bought mine in spring 2022. Unfortunately, by the fall season, the velcro on each has worn out. I will buy another pair for next summer!

They are good when getting off the boat to the pier. But anything that isn't designed to put pressure or torque on the shoe will break apart. Do not use them for water fishing or anything that requires physical exertion.

EDIT after 3 months: sprockets downsized because velcro is not up to standard and came loose within the first few weeks. Perfect replacement for my 5 year old khombu sandals.

Apologies for the mess this has caused, our regular postman came back from jury work and solved the problem caused by his replacement. The shoes are of very good quality and fit perfectly, although ebay wanted to refund the money I would have preferred to keep the shoes myself.

These are very comfortable, but smell bad very quickly and the sole wears out after a short time. Sure, I wear them almost every day for mobile home improvement and camping trips, but I figured they'd last longer.
