I am amazed! It was definitely worth the money!

To get the most out of the camera, what it is capable of and what you would like to get from it, you will have to tinker with the settings a little. When you set it up, it will be the best for you and you will not regret a single spent. I love taking pictures of nature and birds in particular. Often on the Sigma 150-600 mm C camera. The camera clings perfectly to the subject, and the quiet shutter sound allows you to scare away cautious animals and birds. The sound of my 70D scares them. When…

Pros
  • Work at ISO-12800 without the appearance of strong noise, excellent color reproduction, ease of use, a large selection of changes in the functions of control buttons, tenacious autofocus, design.
Cons
  • There's no such thing. I got what I wanted from the camera.

It's the best purchase I ever made, I will definitely do it again.

I took Nikon d7100 to replace the SLR camera, but left both) Now in order, af is very cool! accuracy is 99%, the exposure is more than stable, this is also a huge plus, you don’t have to do anything after, you see the picture at once and you can adjust it at your own discretion if you didn’t arrange the measurement, the exposure wheel is right under your finger, the white balance is accurate, in rare cases it seems coldish, but this is again an amateur, it might have seemed to me after a long…

Pros
  • Small, fast, very convenient, the picture is ready directly from the camera!
Cons
  • No.

I like everything, the price and quality are acceptable.

took for video on Zhiyun Crane steadicam. Lightweight. compact. The first day I was disappointed, I returned the grain for 1600 -2022 to the store. For the video, this for free is not needed. I do not recommend 80d is also bad but M5 is not for videographer.

Great product, a pleasure to use.

All work with the camera in Jepeg, I won’t say about raves, I don’t know. I always worked with Nikon, but he stubbornly refuses to release normal mirrorless cameras, Nikon 1 does not count! Fast enough (compared to Nikon DSLRs), you just need to turn off the image display after shooting and turn on pre-focusing, but it doesn’t reach the DSLRs yet. ISO 3200 working in Jeep (print 30x45), but you need to strictly hit the exposure, otherwise it will be difficult to correct, noise will come in…

Pros
  • Compact, working ISO up to 3200, accurate focus, fast enough. Really working Autofocus in video and real control of the focus point on the screen
Cons
  • Auto ISO settings in large increments . 1600, 3200, 6400 .

Replaced Canon EOS 7D. Tired of carrying heavy things. The carcass is small, even in my medium-sized hand it seems like a toy. I got used to it in a month. The first time was very unusual. It is impossible to control from a computer, however, control from a smartphone via Wi-fi is more convenient, not tied by wires. You can even take pictures from another room. But, if there is no Wi-fi, then trouble. There are pluses and minuses. I could take it to the store, but I didn't. Basically, I like…

Pros
  • The camera is light, complete with Canon EF 24-105 mm F / 4.0 L IS II USM weighs almost the same as the carcass of the "seven". It is convenient to carry with you. I did not dare to take a regular lens. The electronic viewfinder is convenient, but somewhat slow compared to a DSLR. Until it turns on. It conveniently shows that it will not be possible to aim, for example, you are closer than the lens can shoot. At first I didn’t understand what the red frame with an exclamation mark was. Bright and sharp viewfinder image. A movable screen is my old dream. The mode dial lock is also a necessary thing for me. This is not Canon's first camera. When being transported, accidentally touched, taken out of a bag, etc. the disk often turned, and sometimes led to unpleasant moments, when in a hurry, instead of manual shutter speed, it was not clear what came out. It shoots well in low light - I often have to shoot animals in places where the flash cannot be used. LED flashlight improves photo quality. I tested shooting in low light at the Moskvarium. Worked at maximum sensitivity. Grain, of course, is. But for printing it is quite suitable.
Cons
  • A serious drawback is that legal Photoshop CS6 and ACDsee FM 12 do not see “raves”. Very annoying! If anyone thinks that you need to buy new versions of programs, donate them to me. ))) You have to shoot with duplication in JPG. And RAW - to convert in the Canon program. From it you can transfer the file (one by one) to Photoshop, but this is inconvenient and quite long, more than a minute per frame. After editing, the file is thrown by default into some "left" folder created in "users". You have to use "save as". Low battery capacity, especially in winter. Enough for an hour walk. Indoors, the regular battery does not last much longer. It takes a long time to charge, several hours. I had to buy batteries, Chinese charging and a network adapter. When working with "left" powerful batteries, the battery discharge indicator disappears. Appears only at the last moment, when the battery is already dead. Somewhat unnerving. However, battery manufacturers honestly wrote about this. I found it later when I was torn to go to the service. When shooting frame-by-frame, it shows the picture for a long time (disabled in the settings), and you can take a second frame only after a few seconds. When shooting continuously, everything is fine. With the "seven" I calmly walked in the snow and not very heavy rain, with the new camera it was scary. Bought a coat.

The quality exceeds all expectations, I recommend to buy.

The device works great, no complaints. Autofocus is fast. The camera has a good DD. It shows itself perfectly at ISO 1600 and even at 3200. If it's higher, then it's hard for me to imagine what kind of shooting it should be))))) As for native lenses for the M series, of course, there are not enough of them. I counted 7 models, sort of. But it more than makes up for it, because any EF or EF-S mount lens can be attached through the EF-EOS M adapter. Which, by the way, does not affect the shooting

Pros
  • compact, wide DD, good color reproduction
Cons
  • while there are not enough lenses, but through the adapter you can hang native ones for ef / ef-s mounts

Nice addition to my Canon family

Great camera! I love that I can use L lenses with an adapter if I need to use them as a second camera and I love that it can be quite compact in carry on (with M lenses) which is the reason for mine purchase was. I wasn't disappointed! Well, unless I'm on a trip with a specific photographic mission, this is my travel camera. I think it would also be a great single camera for a beginner or casual photographer, with the recommendation to go there and learn or take a class to turn off the auto…

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • Will write later

Cool little camera for easy travel or gimbal

Cool little camera for easy travel or gimbal. I use it as a second camcorder when needed or for low level work. It's great on a gimbal like the Zhiyun Crane because it's very light and gives you more freedom to mount the L lens and adapter. For video, buy a third-party flat picture profile right away if you want to do cinematic work, which works surprisingly well when used properly. DPAF in video is amazing, fast and smooth with no minor jitters or like Sony or others allows you to capture…

Pros
  • Feel good
Cons
  • Can hurt

Good alternative to the DSLR and finally performance.

This is how the M1-M4 should have been - basically a mini DSLR with good performance. You can read the specs elsewhere, so I'll focus on why this works for me where previous models didn't. Performance comes first - finally a mirrorless camera from Canon that acts like big brothers. Focus times are better, dynamic range is good and sensor quality is excellent. With the right lenses it can easily compete with the lower D limit and the whole Ti range. I often choose this camera over 5D for many…

Underrated camera. Canon camera quality, Canon lenses, smaller pack

I bought this camera to replace my 9 year old Rebel XSI dSLR DSLR which has served me very well with over 70,000 shots. I considered getting another DSLR, but found that I left the DSLR at home in favor of a smartphone due to its size. I decided to try the M5 to 1) give myself an ultraportable option with a 22mm pancake lens and 2) use all the EF and EF-S lenses I have (with an adapter). I considered the M6 but decided it would be too radical a step away from dSLR to do away with the viewfinder

Pros
  • Wide
Cons
  • Medium
