Beware! Shoes marked "wide " are actually very narrow.

Ordered 10w as before but this time the shoe was much narrower despite also having 10w. Something is wrong with the supplier. The shoes were sent back on January 10th and here it is already January 25th and they say they haven't received them yet. light up! Something is wrong here again.

Pros
  • Suitable for those looking for a pair of shoes that will never go out of style.
Cons
  • Shoes are not durable enough for continuous use.

Great shoes, run small

Just got a few of these. I always wear a street size 11 but based on other reviews I ordered a size 11 1/2. They fit well, a little tight, but that should go away once they're broken in. So far they seem to be well made.

Pros
  • Good for those who stand for a long time
Cons
  • Shoes don't last long and need to be replaced frequently

Not small for me

Your description: works a little Not true. I wear size 9W so I ordered 10M. The shoes were 1 size bigger. I need to order size 9W which was in stock this time and return size 10M. Size 9W was spot on.

Pros
  • US size 12W fits a variety of foot sizes.
Cons
  • The shoes are not universal, which makes them unsuitable for different combinations of clothes.

gorgeous! my pros and cons

This was a spare pair and while I was a bit disappointed that they are narrow the length is good and the overall finish is good. Value for money is okay.

Pros
  • Like these shoes they are great for the dance floor, would buy another pair but in brown.
Cons
  • Made in China, lightweight and cheap. I didn't care about you. In fact, I prefer to dance in my own shoes.

Shoes are best small in my review

I bought my husband shoes for our Arthur Murray dance class and they were too small (usually he is 9.5). In all other types of shoes, he wears 9.5M.

Pros
  • Made a small mistake, would have bought 9.5M. So now I have to wait for it. Thanks.
Cons
  • The Oxford style is outdated and unattractive

Good dancing shoes

Overall, this is a comfortable dance shoe. One thing I would like to emphasize about its size and width. I read in a review that it is smaller and the width is already standard. I found its size and width to be fairly consistent or close to standard. I first order shoes half a size bigger and very wide. In the end I finally switch to half a size smaller and the same fullness. Actually I could use "Wide Size" which is my normal width size instead of extra wide. I felt a bit loose with the extra…

Pros
  • Made from leather, a high quality material that will last a long time.
Cons
  • Shoes are not ideal for long walks or long periods of standing.

Great quality at an unbeatable price

I tried these shoes on at a local store and found them to be the cheapest at Second Skin Shop. The price has gone up a few bucks since then, but the shoes arrived (from Michigan to Utah I think) in less than a week. They were packed in a mail bag with a shoe box. Overall a very good buy.

Pros
  • Can be paired with formal wear for a professional look.
Cons
  • Shoes have an uncomfortable fit

Extremely bad deal

The shoe size is US and does not fit properly. Shoe size 11W. I spent $87 on a change of shoes and another $50 on shipping and handling to get it to me. Very bad deal. People in the shoe industry should be aware of different shoe sizes. If US size is listed, it must be US size.

Pros
  • Get the job done, would definitely recommend for the price/convenience as you don't have to hunt for a store to buy them!
Cons
  • Outsole wears out easily and quickly

Order True to Size: my review

This is the first pair of dance shoes I've bought and I unknowingly took the advice of other reviewers and ordered a half size larger than my street shoe size. Do not do that. Order by size. My dance teacher looked at my shoes and said they were too big. Your feet should fit snugly in your shoes to avoid blisters and other problems.

Pros
  • These are well constructed dance shoes and true to size. I wear regular shoes 1/2 size smaller but they seem to work fine.
Cons
  • Poor quality materials used in construction

Good shoes in my opinion

The first time I bought shoes online. I was a little nervous about that. But finding men's dance shoes was a bit difficult, so I gave it a try and was very happy with them. They are good, they fit and they work well. I'm very satisfied.

Pros
  • Outsole stitched to upper for added durability
Cons
  • The boots have no cushioning and are uncomfortable to walk on.

Great shoe but runs small

I bought these for my 11 year old son who regularly wears a size 4 1/2 (he has the same brand of jazz shoes as 8s). After reading other reviews I ordered wide and wide (he doesn't have wide feet). They're perfect for him, so obviously they'll be very small for everyone else. Otherwise it's a good shoe.

Pros
  • Suitable for those who need a shoe that can withstand daily wear and tear.
Cons
  • Shoes are not suitable for people with wide or thick feet.

good fit: my rating

Ordered size UK9. Shoes were too tight - definitely NOT UK9. The shoes appear to be from Germany and now I see in the listing that it also says "EU42" - which is actually UK7.5 in Walmart's size chart - so is too narrow. for me. So wrong size given - I suggest you order your size in EU sizes.

Pros
  • Adjustable laces allow for a custom fit
Cons
  • Shoes don't fit

A good pair of shoes: Men's

They said that all sizes of street shoes. You were right! I went to two local stores that said they had my size, 13 wide. Only in Munchkin country could shoes like that suit anyone. They were at least 2 sizes too small. So, with some trepidation, I decided to take a chance on Revain.com. What can I say, the shoes fit perfectly and are well made. I'm taking dance lessons in preparation for my son's wedding. Thanks to my Revain.com purchase, I don't have to worry about my shoes!

Pros
  • Comfortable
Cons
  • There are nuances

fits well. Men's shoes

My street size is 8-1/2 on most shoes, but I'm a bit wide. They really seem to be street size. Wide and they fit well. I chose this model instead of leather pants. (This is a suede sole). So they don't last as long as if you had bought a leather sole. And you don't even have to carry them to your car. put on after entering the building where you will be dancing. They are comfortable and fit well on the foot. It will take you several dance sessions to break the crease in the toe, but you will…

Poor fit excellent quality

This is not the first time I have used the Capezio brand. This is one of the best running shoes. I have also had a pair of regular leather shoes and can say that these shoes are of excellent quality and will last a long time. However, I got the black paint for the first time and was disappointed. They were the same size as the other pair I had. But it was very difficult to fit my feet in. I redid the lacing, tried the skin stretching technique but still found it uncomfortable. I could still use

The shoes were ok; Revain's exchange policy was not

I ordered these shoes for an event. I ordered a wide one and a half sizes bigger. Note to anyone thinking about it: the width is pretty narrow too! I called Revain to exchange it and after 30 minutes of back and forth waiting while the Revain customer service rep "explored solutions". I was told they don't swap shoes. She told me all I could do was return them and order another pair. My advice: buy them locally or (if you still insist on getting them from Revain) order more and be prepared to…

Comfortable, Affordable, Durable, Good Looking

This is my second pair of Capezios after having a fake brand in between. There is no substitute for the real deal. The leather of the fakes began to tear in the folds from the stress of the shoes. Even scuffs seem to wear away from the top layer. In addition, the grip in the shoe decreased even before the first sole. I believe my last Capezio was changed 4 times before being replaced. I usually wear an 8.5 to 9 so I ordered 9 but even they were too small. Maybe because I have narrow feet. 9 was

Sizing and Returns Issues

I ordered a size based on a pair of Capezio dance shoes I bought at a local store in Sacramento, California. The Revain purchase was too small. I had to pay the return postage and although the size was still available to order from Revain, the shoes were not available. On the same day that I made the above Revain purchase, I bought another pair of dance shoes, also from Revain. Had the same size problem. They were the right size. I also had to pay them the return shipping cost and if there…
