I like how easy it was to use, as well as all of my previous employers were able too see what jobs i had applied in already! It would be nice if you could download your resume into pdf format so that people can print off copies easily without having an internet connection or paying money online (to companies). Also there are no mobile apps available yet which kindof sucks because its such good software otherwise but idk why they havent made one? If anyone else has any suggestions please let me

The best thing about career MD was that it helped me find jobs in my area of interest, which I could not do anywhere else! It really made finding work easier when looking at all options available to you as an intern or resident physician candidate today with so many choices out there!! What would have been great though if they had more resources like video interviews/interviews etc., but overall this has worked well enough until then comes around again :) Definitely recommend using them because

I like that it allows me to keep track of my applications, even after they are submitted by other employers or recruiters (or when i forget). It can be very time consuming searching through all your apps with no clear way how you know which ones have been viewed/read etc.. Also sometimes there's lag between clicking an app link in careermd & seeing said application pop up!
