I was looking for a yarn that is smaller than Lion's Mandala yarn. I couldn't see the label from the side, so I had an idea of how small it really was. This is the size of the thread for working with lace. Too small for my taste. I hope the photo on the side of the label is useful to someone. I'm sure I could use it in the quest. In general, the yarn is comfortable, but not as smooth as I would have liked for cotton. I have to go to a craft store to find what I'm looking for.

The color of the product is not as dark as it appears on the web. The thread I received is pale pink. I bought this expecting it to be a lot darker and I needed it to contrast with the pale pink thread I bought. I have bought this product elsewhere in the past and couldn't find it so bought it here and I have to say I have more than color change was disappointing. I crochet a lot of yarns - doilies, lace fringes etc - and Aunt Lydia is one of my favourites.
