Alzheimer Godsend best in my review

My husband is now unable to put on his shoes due to Alzheimer's. What a great improvement for the apparently shoe putting on challenged me! I can now easily cover his feet for warmth and stability without feeling like a frustrated mother of a very large child! thank you. He has even mentioned how much he appreciates his new foot covering without hearing me huff and puff to get them on.

Pros
  • They fit well and perfect for swollen feet. Warm and cozy. Could provide a bit more arch support.
Cons
  • smaller than expected

My father comments daily on his shoes

My father is 89 and is prone to falling. These shoes are light weight and comfortable. He has been wearing them for four months and refuses to walk anywhere without them. He told me they are so comfortable and he feels secure while walking. Keep in mind my father has dementia so we find it amazing that he even noticed. He was shuffling prior to ordering and I thought I would have to take up all my area rugs to keep him from tripping on them. I researched and these were at the top of every list.

Pros
  • The material is easy to clean and maintain
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people with arthritis in their hands

IF THE SHOE FITS WEAR IT

And wear it I do. Diabetics know we not only suffer with neuropathy, but our feet are always cold. These slippers take care of cold feet for me as they are wrapped in a soft warm fabric that puts no pressure on my feet and my neuropathy. The Velcro adjustment makes it easy to get just the right fit. prefer the full loafer as it aids in keeping me steady when I am walking around my home and going down the stairs. All I need to do is slip my foot in and use my index finger to pull it up on my…

Pros
  • The soft and plush interior ensures complete comfort
Cons
  • May not be machine washable

As a slipper it's ok.

Like 5he light weight and velcro open top adjustment part. However, my big toe hits right at the seam that runs down the front which is a bit annoying and took some stretching to make comfortable. The back of the slipper was higher would be more comfortable as they tend to slip out in back. Also the tread wears quickly and does not provide much support especially in arches. Not recommended for long wear especially outside.

Pros
  • Clothing, Shoes & Jewelry
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people with heel spurs

2 inches too short.

I ordered for my Grandmother who wears a size 10 in everything (yes she has big feet!) She liked how they looked and felt but they were about 2 inches too short for some reason. So we are now returning them and trying a size 13 as she rather have too big than go through this again. I'm not sure where the other people were fine with theirs and hers were far too small. I'm a bit concerned.

Pros
  • glad to take off regular shoes and slip into this soft and warm. I am 88 yrs old with always cold feet
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people with hammertoes

Pros
  • The non-slip sole ensures safety on any surface
Cons

Snug fit for size 12 foot

These are a pretty snug fit when I'm barefoot but I think there's enough room for a pair of socks. I do like the non-slip sole and the ability to adjust the top part to make it fit tighter or looser depending on the situation.

Pros
  • Great slippers. Best I have found in years. Great for me because my feet swell from time to time
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people with extremely high or low arches

For anyone with edema!

My husband has deep vein thrombosis and suddenly his foot and ankle became so large we couldn't put on a sock, let alone his slippers. These slippers were a god-send, and believe it or not, I ordered the previous afternoon and got them next day by noon. What's so great about them? They're soft inside and out, like a velour not something that's going to get pilled. The velcro straps are wide so you can open up the slippers completely and get the foot in, then strap it. With diuretics, his feet…

Pros
  • I love em
Cons
  • May not be durable enough for prolonged use

Great comfort . Easy to put on

I bought these for my father who is tyoe 2 diabetic. He loves them . It has made want to get up and walk. I have seen so much progress. I feel these shoes have my dad more confidence to start getting up and moving again. I would recommend.

Pros
  • This slippers are very comfortable .
Cons
  • Not suitable for people with narrow feet

Helpful footwear - my new review

My physical therapist recommended these because of the wide toe area and adjustable comfort and stability. That's my feedback.

Pros
  • Bought for my father, he loves them.
Cons
  • May not provide enough ankle support

Adjustable Top Flap Works Well

I like the fit. The top flap allows the slipper to fit wide feet. And because the adjustable top flap is velcro, fit can be changed easily. I also like how well the slipper grabs the heel better than other slippers I've had. A poor heel grab makes me adjust how I walk - they behave like a flip-flop sandal. The sole is a solid "boat" style making it able to walk on wet surfaces. The top fabric I have is "dressy" enough to not look like a slipper.

Pros
  • The slip-on style makes it easy to take on and off
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people with frequent ankle sprains

SWOLLEN FEET?.These slippers are the answer!

I like the fact that they were wide enough for my feet with socks ! No other shoe or slipper I own was able to help me. That they are washable is great! Reasonably priced as well. MANY THANKS AMAZON!

Pros
  • Men
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people with sensitive skin

Pros
  • The slippers work great help to keep my feet warm and provide lots of support
Cons

My husband loves them.

He's just gotten surgery so the comfort and his swollen feet are perfectly fitted into them. Especially with the adjustable strap on top. The comfort of it, perfect for his surgery and his neuropathy. He's diabetic and has problems with his nerves. This helps with the comfort to ease his painful feet. Thank you for the great product. I definitely recommend it to others with similar problems or feet comfort also.

Pros
  • The slippers are made to be kind to diabetic feet
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people with a history of plantar fasciitis

Defective Item! - UPDATE!

These slippers arrived quickly, and the price was good. They looked and felt sturdy, but when I took them out of the package, I saw that the Velcro closure on the left slipper was sown incorrectly, causing the band not to open as wide as the band on the right shoe. It was a noticeable difference. This matters because they were bought for my brother who has severe edema and needs a wide opening so that his foot can slip in easily. This defect was very disappointing because it was the first time…

Pros
  • My dad struggles with swollen feet and ankles. He loves these and wears them daily.
Cons
  • Not slip-resistant

Great Slipper for my opinion

I bought this for my elderly father. We tried other slippers but had a hard time putting them on due to swelling in feet. These were perfect. Easy to put on and very comfortable with good support.

Pros
  • I don't like the adjustable strap, I find the rolled edge annoying.
Cons
  • Memory foam may not retain its shape after prolonged use

Pros
  • Warm and good sole. I needed even more extra length.
Cons
  • Memory foam may flatten out over time

Comfortable Wide Shoes

My husband really likes these slippers. He hurt his fit and has been dealing with swelling. The Velcro on top allows him to adjust it so it doesn't hurt his swollen foot and be able to tighten the other one more to fit the other foot. He likes that he can walk outside with them. They are true to size. He definitely recommends them.

Pros
  • I have wide fit so its great.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people with flat feet

Good for around the house

I needed something that would not fall of going up and down my stairs and this stays on securely. Very warm for winter use.

Pros
  • Flexible design accommodates various foot shapes and sizes
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people who prefer a more minimalist style
