Type of review

I've been riding this rubber for two weeks now, before that there was a winter hankook . heaven and earth. I don't regret a bit that I bought it. I was chasing silence, and I got it. Winter continental, quieter than summer nexen😅

Pros
  • Handling, softness, and most importantly quiet
Cons
  • On wet pavement sometimes slips

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Fits the description completely, very satisfying.

Different pros: 1. Tires are very quiet. 2. Grip with ice at the level of studded tires. 3. Free tire fitting. 4. Excellent appearance. With its cons: 1. High cost, but after operation you understand that it is justified.

Good product for me, no problems at all.

Installed friction tires for the first time. After a month of operation, I was satisfied. Predictable handling, good grip both on snow and on asphalt, there was no opportunity to test it on ice.

Pros
  • Silence, comfort
Cons
  • not revealed yet

The price/quality ratio is great, I will buy again.

tenacious tires for city driving, silent as summer, snow perceives without problems, I didn’t really try it on ice. For trips around Hong Kong and the Hong Kong region, that's it! I am very glad that I abandoned studded tires, which make noise like an airplane.

The best I ever used, recommend it to everybody.

Tires that are both quiet and comfy, with excellent grip on the road in all conditions (dry, wet, and snowy), at a reasonable price. I'm glad you like the rubber!

Pros
  • Exceptional qualities associated with stability
Cons
  • No results found

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The quality is at the level, I am satisfied with everything.

More than one season has passed since I first started using these tires. Before that, there were five previous contacts. They are up to the challenge of performing the duties of winter tires.

Pros
  • elasticity, anti-slip properties, soft rubber, and resistance to wear and tear.
Cons
  • 2022 remained

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Wonderful quality, one hundred percent satisfied!

There were no problems encountered while driving about the city during the recent snowfalls; however, you need to have an understanding that not everything depends on tires, and that four-wheel drive and high clearance are just as vital. When I completed it the first time, I decided to use Velcro instead of spikes, and I'm glad I did. The spikes appear to be obsolete now.

Pros
  • Strong hold and a trajectory that is easy to predict. Sidewall that is both calm and robust.
Cons
  • Unless the cost is quite high.

Reliable purchase, guaranteed to be a good purchase.

This tire was fantastic in my opinion. Excellent road grip, no noise, gentle. Since the middle of October, I've been riding, and I have no complaints. Mercedes V class 225/55 R17 tires have rubber on them.

Pros
  • A well-known brand that provides a lengthy warranty.
Cons
  • No

The quality exceeds all expectations, I recommend to buy.

Kia rio vehicle. The arches do not have any kind of soundproofing in them! It was crucial to me that the tires were not loud, that they were comfy, and that they were safe! Tire Continental VikingContact7 185/65R15 92T This is the tire that we should focus our attention on because it satisfies all of our requirements.

Pros
  • Comfortable and quiet
Cons
  • No

Just super, it's beautifully made, I'm very happy with it.

I purchased both my summer and winter tires from Continental, a decision I have never once come to regret. Summer is a brand manufactured by Continental. I strongly suggest it to everyone!

Pros
  • Not noisy, we have not yet faced extreme conditions, and the area is not the same.
Cons
  • Haven't revealed yet

One of the best deals, glad I bought this.

The tire is rather pricey, but in my opinion, you shouldn't try to save money on rubber. After purchasing a vehicle for my own use, I made the snap decision to go out and purchase some new tires as soon as possible to replace the old, worn ones that came with the vehicle. I decided to purchase a particular model of the VikingContact 7 and traveled for three weeks while trying to figure it out. A secure and reliable grip at any speed and on any road. The car is turning as smoothly as if it were…

Pros
  • Recently purchased, and it's been great thus far!
Cons

A wonderful product, its nice to use.

A considerable amount of time has been spent on my search for winter tires for the 2022/2022 season. The plan is to conduct business primarily within the city, with excursions to surrounding areas planned on occasion. After what I believe to have been a fruitless attempt to purchase Velcro, Dunlop, which did not drive at all in the snow, was planning to purchase a spike. I chose the Continental Viking Contact7 205/60 R16 after considering all of the reviews and assessing the benefits and…

Pros
  • A low noise level and strong traction in the snow and slush
Cons
  • In the past, it has not been able to conduct tests in severe environments, such on ice that is covered with snow.

Best price for this product, will buy more!

This is the most pliable and comfortable rubber I've ever ridden on. The vehicle has outstanding handling, and it brakes and accelerates quite well on any terrain (within reasonable limits). When I put it in place after the spikes, I couldn't believe how quiet the rubber could be; it was almost unbelievable. The very first sensation that came to mind was that the vehicle was still, taking in a total of 205/60/16. With regard to the decision, I did not err. Everyone should consider purchasing it

Pros
  • Stillness, gentleness, silkiness, and manageability are all present.
Cons
  • Price

Revainrating 5 out of 5

A high-quality product, the price corresponds to the quality.

This is my first time using winter tires with a friction pattern. An interesting effect: it seems that there is never a rigid connection between the wheels and the road (even when dry and relatively clean), everything is somehow softer and smoother (without a significant difference in reactions in comparison to summer tires), but it is convenient to drive a car and comfortable. You have the choice between the following Continental and two additional available options: NOKIAN HAKKAPELIITTA R2…

Pros
  • Obedience, controllability. Low level of noise; in fact, at first it seemed as though the engine was beginning to work at a louder volume. Spikes are far more difficult to roll than these. They do slide, but the vestibular apparatus can nearly always easily discern this and manage the movement in a predictable manner (in my car, the sole electronic help is the anti-lock braking system, or ABS). The patency is significantly superior to that of the studded Gislaved, but it is inferior to that of the studded Continental (compare with the Nord Frost 100 and the ContiIceContact of the first generation). Produced or made in Germany.
Cons
  • It was anticipated that there would be a significant variation in ride quality while utilizing summer wheels measuring 205/55 R16 91H (normal pressure) as opposed to size 195/65 R15 95T XL. During the balancing process for the newly forged wheels, I had to glue a lot of weights. Because you can move in the stream and on the track more swiftly and frivolously with these tires, the space between you and the other driver needs to be maintained with a gap. Because traction on ice is available (and sometimes even unexpected), but it has natural limitations compared to spikes, you should also avoid steep icy descents or ascents that have a limited dynamic corridor, lack of freedom in maneuvering, and the capacity to take such obstacles at once. Despite the fact that this is mostly a result of the practice of always driving on studded tires during the winter months. If one assumes that all other factors are the same, then the price at the restaurant is even more expensive than the pretentious Nokian.

You should know that I have not been this optimistic about winter tires in a very long time because of their performance. After experiencing a studded ekogama, painful cordians, and an ambiguous henkook Velcro, I swore to myself that I would never again purchase Velcro. Along with the car, I got a studded Toyota G3, which is adequate. But in comparison to these continentals, everything that has been discussed up until now is nothing more than ammo, and this is true even when the spikes are…

Pros
  • Quiet, very quiet Excellent traction in the snow, regardless of whether it is loose or packed.
Cons
  • On the ice, you need to drive more slowly, but we don't often drive on the winter road, so we don't have as much cause for concern about it as you might think.

The goods are normal, money is not wasted!

We have not yet conducted any tests on ice. Also haven't had much time to play in the snow. I have been able to use it in temps ranging from -3 to 8 degrees Celsius so far. When exposed to warm temperatures of approximately 10, it has the sensation of floating a little bit. When winter arrives, I will write a review for you. Has some pros: In the autumn of 2022, I purchased some tires. Size: 225/60 R18. Took on bmw x3 g01. Silence. Stability while driving is essential. Doesn't seem to be stuck…

One of the best deals, glad I bought this.

Drove them 2 times in January Hong Kong-Hong Kong-Hong Kong. Despite the varied coverage across the regions, the temperatures ranging from +2 to -29, the uncleaned roads, etc., there was not a single issue or potentially hazardous circumstance. Tires are not inexpensive, but the value they provide more than justifies the cost. Over 8,000 kilometers traveled over the course of two winters with nary a single hazardous circumstance encountered, be it in the city, on the highway, or in the snow…

Pros
  • When passing at speeds greater than 100 kilometers per hour, handling, braking on snow and asphalt, and lane change precision at the asphalt-snow-asphalt gauge boundary are all important. Very quiet.
Cons
  • Since I could not locate the standard dimension of 215/70 16, I settled with 215/65; of course, the speedometer is not telling the truth. When attempting to apply the brakes on thickly icy asphalt, extreme caution is required because the stopping distance will be greater than that required for spikes.

I was given a pair of Goodrich G-Force Stud 185/65 R15 Bush Spikes as a present, and I used them to skate for an entire season. They were satisfied with the grip properties, despite the fact that they did not demonstrate exceptional results; however, this is to be expected given that the spikes are only located on the sides of the object. When I was leaving the petrol station one time, I was counting on spikes, and I came dangerously close to flying into the track from the accelerated lane. At…

Pros
  • Very quiet tire, quite pleasant on the joints and bumps. Good braking properties on a variety of surfaces, including the ability to conduct dignified even in ice locations (such as the entrances and exits of yards, petrol stations, etc.). There is a minor decrease in acceleration as well as lateral grip, although both metrics remain at a high level (for friction clutches). The behavior is very predictable; the front axle drifts or the rear axle skids smoothly (assuming there are no aggravating circumstances), and it is well controlled both going into and coming out of a skid (with timely and precise steering). Maintains control of the vehicle while traveling at high speeds and is unafraid to switch lanes even when passing through snow drifts or porridge that are up to 15 centimeters high (of course, you need to be able to operate smoothly with the steering wheel and keep your traction when switching lanes and returning to the lane). Snow conditions are not a problem for it. Having a proper equilibrium
Cons
  • It is possible to have noticeable lateral drift in icy places, on uneven roads, or while turning (this occurs while the vehicle is moving slowly). Because there is a slight reduction in directional stability (as compared to summer tires), you will need to taxi more on the course. However, it appears that this is an issue with all winter tires that are designed to have directional traction. It is best to take such a coaster because there is a possibility of encountering difficulties when starting off into a snowy or slippery hill. When drifting or skidding, they are not as instructive as spikes (Spikes, even with a tiny drift, begin to scratch on the asphalt, helping the driver understand the grip limit, while Velcro silently and gently "float away" from the trajectory). Spikes, even with a slight drift, begin to scratch on the asphalt, letting the driver understand the grip limit. When the tire is rolled on the surface, it performs similarly to Velcro in that it is effective. As soon as significant sliding begins (whether it be slipping, blocking while braking, or side drifting), grip on slippery surfaces noticeably worsens. Because of this, I believe that having an anti-lock braking system (ABS) and electronic stability program (ESP) is an essential condition for the safe usage of these tires (as well as any friction clutches).

I am very happy with this purchase, I will advise everyone!

I traveled over snow, slush, dry and wet asphalt, and even some slush. The car starts confidently, brakes reliably, all maneuvers are predictable. If you drive in the city, the rubber will react quite predictably, so after you've set it, you can forget about it. Have not yet been driving on a highway or hiking in the mountains. After sixty, there is noise, but the impression is that this is an issue with the Renault Duster's poor level of noise insulation.

Pros
  • Everything, from braking to maneuvering to acceleration, is done in a confident and predictable manner.

During the eight winter seasons that I rode a continental with spikes, there was never a concern about my ability to handle the horse or navigate cross-country terrain. The only thing that kept me riding with spikes was the urge to hurry up spring and get rid of my noisy and cumbersome sneakers. When you've had these Velcro joys, there are no boundaries left. Auto CR-V. Everyone who has crossovers should consider switching from spikes to Velcro in my opinion. This winter has already seen every…

  • The terms comfort, quiet, handling, and patency all come up.
