This beautiful yarn is easy to work with, silky and easy to maneuver on the needle. I made a summer sweater/top and got a lot of compliments. I used a pattern that required sock size yarn (2). When I chose this particular yarn, it fell in love with the color because of the natural fibers.

Plumvin BROWN, sad, not what I wanted. I know another reviewer said this, but I was hoping for a different batch of dyes that leaned towards plum. Change the name of the color or change the color to match the name. I would not trust this company anymore as you cannot rely on the accuracy of the colors.

I was very excited to start using this yarn when it arrived, it looked perfect for my project. Unfortunately I wasn't able to finish my project because small spots of what looked like orange rust in some sections of the yarn, they weren't very big, maybe only half an inch down the length of the yarn, but there were so many of those where I had to keep breaking the yarn, leaving enough for weaving, there were several inches for each patch of rust. I have never used cotton yarn, which I find very soft. To me, cotton yarn seems good, but not the best. But he is durable. This isn't the size I expected (reason for 3 stars) so I'm disappointed. It's very thin, more like a thread, doesn't stretch. I made wraps to the WPI inch to find out the size. It is 18.5. wpi. This is close to fingering weight or below. That's about half the weight you would normally use to make kitchen towels. Well if that's what you're looking for. The color I bought is a soft red. This yarn is great! It's so soft it almost feels like butter. I haven't locked my project yet, and if the softness degrades after locking, I'll update this review. The yarn is thinner, but I can't determine its size. At first glance it appears to be finger/sock yarn, but when folded in half it becomes worsted, almost thick. So what I'm saying is that this is a Sport/DK yarn. (although I'm still not sure haha) The colors on the product photos need an update as they are more saturated than shown.
