CowboyStudio 11 Inch Articulating Mounting Monitor Review

When I tried this articulating mount for my monitor I was pleasantly surprised by its sturdy build quality and flexibility in positioning my monitor while shooting. The mount was easy to install and holds my monitor securely, making it a great addition to my photography gear .The electronics component of this mount is impressive, allowing me to adjust my monitor without having to constantly stop and reset my camera..

Seems like a good idea but overall it just doesn't work for me. The ball joints are nice and tight, meaning my monitor doesn't have to move after I put it down, but it was almost impossible to lock the threaded parts while I adjusted the arm. The bar clamp looks nice but requires a lot of torque to keep it from moving. Blue plastic handle? I'm not sure, but I felt uncomfortable blocking it and it hurt to open.
